Bottle shared with Laura at hotelroom in Saint Barthelemy. Lightly orange color, full sized white to off-white head that lasts for quite a long time. Aroma is unfortunately a bit old and dusty hoppy. Flavor has it too, with orangepeel, tart-bitterness, lingering bitters. Drinkable but certainly not great. It appears tough to brew (?) a good IPA on these tropical islands. Or potentially they can't keep them fresh and hoppy / crisp for very long, I don't know. Anyway, nice to have had a beer from this tiny island!
