Bottle 33cl. @home poured into a tumbler. Sourish nose. Murkish deep amber colour, small frothy tan head, mostly diminishing, light lacing. Aroma sweet malt, berries, caramel, earthy notes. Taste medium sweet, slightly bitter, light acidity, malty, berries, light spicy notes, faint woody notes. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation, swwetbitter and slightly sour aftertaste, rather complex brew, woody notes, nice.

On tap at the ca del brado Collab fest. Pours a hazy copper with quite a frothy big head. Aroma is very typical for the style, lots of caramel, light hops, sweet, light earthiness. Medium body. Flavour is sweet, loads of caramel, lightest of funk notes, sweet and sour finish. Well made, a bit on the sweet side imho but very drinkable.

T: medium to full malty base, fruity, herbal, bit honey, orange peels touch, medium carbonation, long lasting bitterness, enjoyable for the style.

Flaska från Etre. Stiltypisk klassisk Bière de Garde. Stor kropp, stora generösa maltiga smaker med bröd, honung, russin, torkad frukt. Mycket gott.

Bottle at home in Hackney - picked up from Etre. Pours mostly clear, deep orange-gold with a large, tight foamy off-white head. Light to medium sweet with some nice sun-kissed bread, mellow grain husky, expressive yeast, wheat flakes, nips of golden raisins, light bitter hay, grass, peach. Light to medium bodied with massaging carbonation. Balanced finish, minimal warmth, further lightly toasted malts, yeast, bread, faint accents of caramel and berries, low bitterness. Quite moreish. Great stuff overall.

Bottle. Color: Slightyl hazy golden, off-white head. Aroma: Spicy, yeasty. Hints of stone fruit. Taste: Yeasty, malty. Spicy and grassy notes. Notes of bread, roasted bread. Subtle caramel. Over moderate sweet. Over moderate bitterness, going to over medium bitterness at finish. Some tannins, oak wood. Hints of stone fruit. Medium body, average to above average carbonation. Very dry mouthfeel. Very nice one, nice complexity.

Bottle from Etregourmet. Hazy amber colour, white foam. Nose of peach, grass, toast, some caramel. Taste is medium sweet, grassy, dry and bitter. Nice.
