Unser Weißbier zeichnet sich auf angenehme „Weiße“ durch seinen weichen und milden Geschmack sowie durch seine erfrischende, champagnerähnliche Rezenz aus. Eingebraut aus fränkischem Weizenmalz und Gerstenmalz wird es obergärig mit spezieller Bierhefe bei Temperaturen um 18 bis 20 °C vergoren, um anschließend bei etwa 2 °C in Ruhe ausreifen zu können. Es moussiert zart, duftet angenehm nach frischem Weizenmalz und lädt daher schon beim Einschenken zu einem prickelnd-frischem Geschmackserlebnis ein! Die kompakte sahnige Schaumkrone gibt dem hellen, goldgelben Bier mit natürlicher Trübung seinen harmonischen Abschluss.

Cloudy golden with a big white head. Aroma of grainy malt, banana, a bit of lemon and apple. Sweetish banana and white bread flavour

Bottle @ Bierzwerg.de. 10.000 Tasting @ Home. Pours cloudy golden with a frothy white head. Sweet nose and flavor. Banana, wheat, grain and mild citrus. Not bad. Medium bodied.

Bottled (from bierzwerg.de). Hazy golden colour with a big creamy white head. Aroma is wheat, citrus, some slight notes of toffee and mild yeasty notes. Flavour is fruits, herbs, some mild wheat, toffee and mild earthy and yeasty notes as well. Smooth palate.

Bottled. A hazy dark golden beer with a huge white head. The aroma has notes of wheat, cloves, and bananas. The flavor is sweet with notes of wheat, cloves, and some bananas, leading to a dry wheaty finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.

clear yellow ,smooth white head. dry wheat aroma, peaches, yeast, faint fruity. nicely dry. flavor is wheaty, faint peaches, no hops, very mild.

Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Pours yellow with a slight haze and a lacing off-white head. Sweet banana aroma and a solid yeastiness. Medium body, a heavy dose of yeast. Ending a little astringent. 290911

50 cL bottle. Pours cloudy yellow with a huge white head. Aroma is estery and fruity. Estery, dry and light herbal. Estery, banana and light yeasty. Dry and light spiced.

50cl bottle from Bierzwerg. Poured hazy orange with a huge white head. Aroma has wheat and bubblegum, some spicyness also. Flavor is wheat, some banana and spicy notes. Not very sweet, which is nice. Felt slightly watery.

Bottle, 5.2%. Mild spicy aroma, no banana to speak of. Cloudy yellow colour. Big semi-stable white head, less stable than expected from a wheat beer. The flavour is sweetish with a mild bitterness to balance. Slightly spicy like the aroma, and also no banana here.
