Not a bad malt beverage at all - very molasses-y. Thanks for this one Reuben B.

9/2/2023. Bottle courtesy of Reuben thanks very much for this surprising little gem. Pours deep dark mahogany brown with a creamy beige coloured head. Good looking pour. Aroma and taste is sweet malted, Horlicks malt drink, molasses, caramel, malted biscuit, slight meaty edge. Moderate body, creamy, very soft carbonation. Sweet tasting goodness. Surprisingly good.

I know I’m in the minority, but I like these malt sodas.

0.355 l bottle at a Nigerian store in Ljubljana. Shared with Lukica, Vid and Vran. Dark brown, small beige head. Aroma is molasses, herbal candy, caramel. Sugary. Sweet, cola flavour. A bit too sweet but quite tasty and drinkable. Sweet finish. Some bitterness.
