(swing top bottle, 33cl) Slightly hazy, copper colour with a beige medium-sized foamy head. Sweet and slightly molassy toast-malty aroma with caramel, leather and shy hoppy notes. Sweet and also moderately bitter flavour, just medium bodied with a smooth carbonation. Toast-malty, slightly molassy and nutty taste with caramel and herbal accents; sweet and slightly burnt- and hop-bitter finish. Pleasant and not too sweet Bock. 29.XII.09

Bügelverschlußflasche (333ml): Clear, reddish-amber coloured, smaller lacy off-white head; moderate to solid nutty/caramelly and toasty nose with a tinge of molasses and hops; light bodied for a beer of 6.8%, moderate sweet-bitter flavour; shorter caramelly-bitter finish with a light fruity touch. Good aroma, average flavour.......
