Super hazy golden, peach and copper coloured body with a very thick, but ultimately dying eight to nine centimetre tall off-white and speckled head that shows very large on the pour, but eventually fades and leaves almost nothing on top - odd, but strong. Aroma of mangoes, papaya, apricots and a good deal of limes here with some strong wheat notes and perhaps even more from the lactose and creamy nature of this with vanilla and ice cream here as well, but the fruits are strong in the nose at first. Medium to Full-ish Bodied; Strong mango and papaya notes come out at first with a lot of richness, but a good fruity and tropically quality, some sour and tart aspects, but ultimately sweet, rich and enjoyable with a light, very easy-drinking wheat characteristic right behind, all ending with a good deal of lactose, vanilla and creaminess from some additional residual sugars and the milky end to this. Aftertaste shows a very well-rounded beer that shows more gose than anything else with a big, rich wheat backbone that has some berliner qualities, but far too rich for that style and ending with a lot of soured and especially sweet components that could also change this to a sour. Overall, any way you categorise this beer, it works out pretty good, not perfect, but showing well with a lot of the tropically fruits and some rich yeasts here to support and boost the sugars and tart notes that show throughout. I sampled this sixteen ounce, pint-sized can, purchased from Trader Joe's in the West End (Georgetown) of Washington, D.C. on 24-November-2021 for US$3,75 sampled at my house here in Washington on 19-January-2023.

12/XI/22 - on tap @ Billie’s Craft Beer Fest (day 2), BB: n/a (2022-1553) Thanks to all for sharing today’s beers!

Pretty clear blonde yellow beer, no head. Aroma: weird, very cheesy, funky, ripe pears, melons, more funk, dank hops, sweaty feet, overripe kiwis, pretty weird. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: a bit sourish, prickly pear, weird and funky, sweet as well. Aftertaste: more acidic, fruity, bubble gum, melons, meh, not a big fan.
