Gushing to huge yellowish head over crystal clear pale golden beer, leaving rings of lace. Grassy, herbal malts & hops, vegetable; appears more German than English or American in the nose. Sweet malts, maybe some Crystal too. Faintly spicy, but the maltsugars dominate. Almost chewy, yet not at all big bodied. Indestructible head confers a fluffy texture throughout. Not half bad - seen its Moldovian origin. Txs to Stef!

12/12/2020. Bottle sample courtesy of saxo/fonefan. Pours hazy/cloudy dark gold with a bubbly/frothy white head. Aroma of orange, citrus, grapefruit, grass, touch of pine and passion fruit. Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness and a slight tart edge. Moderate body, light oily texture, average carbonation. Best of the three I tried from this brewery.

[ As Cearfisă Pale Ale ].
ABV: 5.5%. Clear medium orange yellow colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, fruity malt, moderate hoppy, pine, fruity hops, citrus. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration, pine, citrus, earthy malt, pale malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20201205]

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Medium head with medium duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are grass, malt, hops, citrus and has a light bitter finish.

Bottle, 5.5%. Hazy golden with small off-white head. Aroma is malt, caramel, toasted and hop. Flavour is malt, fruit, caramel, medium sweet, little toasted, hop, medium pine and medium bitter.

Bottle @Romania2Ulfborg. Clear golden, white head. Mild hoppy aroma, light floral notes, malt. Sweetish, malty flavour, light hoppy bitterness. Feels a little thin.

Bottle. Pours clear golden, small white head, long lasting, really nice laving. Aroma is old hops, caramel, pine, a bit of bathroom. Flavor is about the same, light plus sweet, medium bitter. Not very fresh, but sold with a 12/19 drink by date, so it is what it is. Medium body.
