(Draught at Muted Horn, Berlin, 19 Apr 2023) Black colour with creamy, beige head. Malty, roasted nose with chocolate, vanilla and coffee. Malty, roasted taste with notes of vanilla, chocolate, creamy coffee and a balanced coffee bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. There's a slight sharpness, but overall tasty and well made with a generous vanilla component. Nice one.

Can, 0.44l. Aroma of chocolate, roasted malt, nuts and vanilla. Pours almost black color with thin quickly diminishing light brown head and sparkling appearance. Taste starts with mild sweet and sour roasted malt and chocolate, following is coffeeish, grassy and dried fruity, mouthfeel is smooth, while finish is average bitter. Medium body, creamy texture and average carbonation in palate. Could be my permanent companion…

Süffiger, cremig malziger Beginn. Trocken schokoladig, etwas Vanille, Noten von Kirsche. Spritzig, zum Ende allerdings recht trocken. Würzig-herb, mittellanger Abgang. 9/10/10/9/12/9
