Blond color with a shade of dark; minimal head; it pours oily. Very light aroma, a mix of plastic, hop and alcohol. Good mouthfeel, with a light flavor of malt and almost caramel, correct bitterness, but also a metallic touch. Poor.

Bügelverschlußflasche:A bit hazy, golden, small and stable white foamy layer; sweetish grainy-strawy nose with sparse hops in the background; moderate sweetish-bitter flavour, soft, light to medium bodied; slightly increasing fruity hoppiness in the grainy-malty finish. Nothing wrong with it....

(swing top bottle, 1111 Jahre Saalfeld) Clear, golden colour with a blond mid-sized foamy head. Strawy malty aroma with notes of biscuits, honey and shy herbal hops. Sweet flavour, medium to light bodied with a soft carbonation. Strawy malt-character with notes of biscuits and shades of herbal and woody hops; medium-dry, sweet malt-accented finish with light but balancing bitter and slightly woody hops. 20.VIII.10
