Our first beer with dark malts, fermented with Roeselare yeast. After a year of fermentation, we macerated the beer with currants, wood, raspberries and blackcurrant lambic.

Taster from 0,75l bottle in Sint-Truiden. Brown color, small white head. Smells fruity, stone fruits, berry notes, cherries, very nice smell. Full body, soft carbonation. Tastes molasses, berry notes, light Balsamic, bit tart. Finishes lightly dry and light to medium sour with notes of berry notes, Balsamic and molasses. Nice one, not totally my style, but nice one
