Funky, aards, kruidig, citroenschil, munt, flink veel Brett in de geur, licht kruidig, korte funky en kruidige afdronk.

Bottle. Hazy golden. Lemon but in a cleaning product style, toilet freshener, dusty, dry funk, spruce, mint, sweat, seaweed, soft rye and wheat. Light sweet and bitter. Medium bodied, a bit dry. Very minty and aromatic but not in a nice way. Weird, and I don’t like it very much.

Tap at Arendsnest, 4th August 2022. Pours a clear light straw. Aroma is funk and brett, rose water, taste is refreshing, lots of brett, funky and nice to drink.

Draft at the brewpub. Color: Hazy golden to amber, white head. Aroma: Tart, herbal, funky farm stable, horse manure. Taste: Moderate tart, bit spicy and earthy rye notes, quite funky, moldy, stable, horse manure. Subtle citrus fruit fruit notes and hints of sStone fruit. Old hop in the background. Finish is light tart and moderate bitter. Over medium body, just below average carbonation. Nice.
