Bardzo lekka baza 8,0 plato, od początku fermentowana w beczkach w których żyje nasz blend drożdży i bakterii, które dzięki swojej pracy przez ponad pół roku dały nam wyraźnie kwaśne, delikatnie dzikie piwo.
Po fermentacji w beczkach piwo zostało przelane na świeżo zebrane polskie brzoskwinie i morele. Po czterech tygodniach maceracji zostało zabutelkowane i naturalnie wysycone dzięki leżakowaniu i refermentacji.
Zasyp: słód jęczmienny: pilzneński, pszenica niesłodowana.
Dodatki: brzoskwinie i morele.

Bottle at BBT. Sour aroma and taste, appricot, peach notes, medium sour. Medium body, sour appricot finish. Ok.

Hazy pale golden color with low white head. Aroma: brett, apricot, barnyard. Taste: brett, apricot, funky. Light bodied, moderate to high carbonation. Tasty, intense at 4.00 abv.

Pours unclear blonde. Small white head. Scent is peach, quite full. Taste is sharp, bright, peach, mild bitter base. Fresh and fruity. Easy drinker. lovely 'creamy' feel by the fruit. Mixed fermentation? WHere's the acidity ???

Sampled @ Billie's Craft Beer Fest 2022, Saturday Session. A hazy yellow golden beer with a white head. Aroma and Taste of sour yellow fruits, citrus, lime, apples.

Cloudy pale yellow beer, small creamy yellow head, pretty stable, a bit adhesive. Aroma: weird, some diacetyl, sourish, funky. MF: very lively carbon, medium body. Taste: a bit sourish up front, funky, weird and dry, lemony, acidic. Aftertaste: floral, fruity, peaches, more lactose, yoghurt, a little buttery, some diacetyl in the finish.
