Bottle from Livonia Liquor. Amazing these are still sitting on the shelf. Pours a pitch black with a finger of brown head that lingers. Big bourbon focused nose with oak, maple syrup and vanilla all present. The palate is very similar with dark chocolate, bourbon, maple syrup and lots of oak notes. Drying finish with pepper, dark chocolate and warming bourbon with a big sweet maple syrup note that lingers.
