Bottle - golden pour with white head. Sweet fruity and malty aroma and taste, some herbal and medicinal notes throughout very sweet on the palate, not a fan.

Bottle 30 cl. Pours a clear golden with a lacing, white head. Sweet, fruity nose. Medium body, rather sweet malts and fruit. Subtle yeast and phenols, but otherwise not a bad example of this very boring style. Hardly any hoppiness. 170115

Bottle @ Cafe - Bar Bij Ons, Beek en Donk. Clear orange color, small white head. Aroma is lightly malts, lightly sweet, herbs or spices, slightly yeast, a hint of orangepeel. Taste is sweet, a hint of orangepeel, a touch of honey, slightly yeast and herbs or spices. Medium body, suitable carbonation. Well I’m not dissatisfied. The beer is quite decent, a solid performance from this new brewery with their first beer. Of course, it’s not the most interesting style, but there seem to be no flaws in the beer (apart from the appearance not really resembling most blond beers). There’s always room for improvement and I hope they’ll explore more exiting styles in the future.
