The first innovation imagined in collaboration with Heineken. Called Champ Libre, this unfiltered blond beer – like all the recipes produced by Gallia – has a 5.8° content. Its brewer, Rémy Morin, wanted to add a taste twist by adding rye to the malted barley for spicy and rustic notes.

First beer since arriving in Paris an hour ago. Drunk in our tiny apartment in Sacre Coeur. Lightly hazy blonde, moderate head. Mildly grainy hoppy citrus nose. Good bite for a blonde, hints of stone fruit, nice one.

first time that I drink a rye beer in France, not so fruity, comparing with the German school. This one is grainy, rye, malt, unbalanced, a bit rough, watery at the final, classical bitterness, some yeast, metalic, so-so 03.05.24, at my hotel room Paris after a nice and stormy walk.
