Big 750ml, no. 0525 of 2200 bottles kindly shared by Synny at a drinking session with her, lmojoh, and Finn. Just a few bubbles on the surface of hazy orange coloured body, poor lacing. Mid-tart apples and grainy malts on the nose, promising. Green apples up front to the taste character, joined by hints of oak and grain. Drying, lingering close, mid-tart. Satisfying. Smak; surt eple, malt, eik, sitrusgress, papaya, humle, lyngblomst. Bitter, svakt søtlig. Tørr avslutning. Delt med Rune, Leif og Finn. Flaske 0525/2200

9/5/2024. Draft at Barski - Helsingborg. Pours clear dark golden with a small bubbly head. Aroma is sharp apples, funky, yeasty, cider vinegar, touch of soy. Light sweetness, medium sour and body. Average carbonation. Sharp finish. Enjoyable.

Bottled. Slightly hazy golden colour, small white head. Aroma is tartish green apple skins, some funk and mild herbal tones with mild earth. Flavour is green apples, some funk, spices, mild alcohol with some yeasty and mild earthy elements.

750 ml bottle, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 75%, IBU 10. Golden to orange colour, just the faintest haziness, pours sparkling with a moderate and shortlived white head. Aroma of cider apples, malts, hops and oak. Dry and crisp flavour, some acidity, with the same elements as the aroma.
