Bottle 33 cl. Pours a clear, warm amber with an off-white head. Roast, nuts and pumpernickel in the nose. Good and solid malt base, roasty, pumpernickel and burned caramel, some licorice. Unsophisticated German hoppiness in the finish. But solid and well made. 250711

Bottled. A hazy deep red beer with a lazing tan head. The aroma has notes of caramel, malt, and bread. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, and bread, leading to a bitter finish. The body is light. Somewhat off style-wise. Thanks Papsoe for sharing.
