Dahlia is a New England-style Pale Ale dry-hopped generously with Strata & Idaho 7, bringing notes of tropical-, citrus- and stone fruits. The English strain of yeast used for the fermentation contributes to the fruitiness thanks to the peachy esters produced. A soft and moderated bitterness makes the beer approachable by anybody.

Can at Prague Beer Festival. Quite clean, citrusy, with a solid zestiness, but also moderate juiciness. A touch of warmth somehow found its way inside, but not bothersome. Easy drinking, pretty good.
