Chandra

Chandra is a blend of three different mixed fermentation ales that spent up to 36 months in oak wine barrels with Brettanomyces, Lactobacillus and Pediococcus, before bottle conditioning for further 3 months. It presents itself with a light-copper color, unleashing aromas of fruits and wood; notes of strawberries, sour cherries and stone fruits compose its aromatic bouquet. It approaches the mouth with an assertive sourness, rounded by a slight malty background and accompanied by the same notes of strawberries and sour cherries, with hints of lemon and pears.
