What if you let the pumpkin spice coffee come together with a De Molen stout? The pumpkin spice provides aromas of cinnamon, ginger, cloves and cardamom. The added coffee in turn ensures that this explosion of flavor is somewhat toned down and the roasted flavors of the stout remain intact

Bottle 0,33 ltr: Black coloured brew with an red glow. Dry bitter taste with hints of roasted malts, coffee, pumpkin, cardamom and a bit of burn by alcohol.

Bottle. Malty aroma and taste, light roastyness, pumpkin spice, light sweet, medium bitter. Medium to full body, malty spicy bitter sweet finish. Ok.

Bottle. Full body, medium carbonation. Rich malty profile, lots of chocolate, cocoa, moderate pleasant coffee. Med-high roasty bitterness, medium sweetness, light lactose - noticeable, but in the right amount. Med-light warmth, very pleasant, well rounded. Moderate pumpkin spices, well incorporated into the beer, nicely balanced. Excellent.

Flesje gekregen bij afscheid werk. Diep donkerbruin bier met matig schuim dat als een film blijft liggen Aroma van koffie en gember. Smaak van pompoen, koffie en gember maar we zacht in de mond. De gembersmaak blijft wel even hangen.

Aus der Flasche (bbe 07.10.2023) im 2023-03 getrunken. Auch wenn hier nichts auf den Einfluss auf Kürbis hindeutet fällt eine leichtes Ingweraroma auf, was etwas an das Doric & Dutch erinnert. Dieses Stout mit seiner sehr gut balkancierten Bitterkeit der Röstaromen von Schokolade ist wieder mal ein sehr Spannendes und macht Spaß zum Entdecken im Glas.

Pours black, medium sized, off-white head. Scent is roasty, coffee and indeed pumpkin. Not as bad as I thought the combo would be, though. Taste is sharp, roasty and creamy pumpkin, mildly bitter. Chocolate, ... Works surpringly well ! not bad at all, against my expectations.

Clear dark purple brown beer, creamy bit irregular beige head, unstable, a bit adhesive, falls down quickly. Aroma: lots of pumpkin spices, actual pumpkin meat, roasted. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: bitter, roasted, some alcohol, very roasted, lots of spices, earthy. Aftertaste: dry, pumpkin, earthy, nice bitterness, spicy, coffee notes, dry, more spices, cloves, surprisingly good beer.
