Bottle shared. Very dark brown. Massive caramel, oxidized apple juice, leather, brown sugar, pommeau, warm winter spices. Quite sweet, light bitter. Full bodied. Amazing, this just keeps getting better.

@ BXL Beerfest. Copper colour, no foam, syrupy texture. Lots of sweet apples, apple compote, some spices. Sweet and full of taste.

Toujours plaisant de trouver un cidre de glace à un festival. Ici, une méthode avec mise en cuve inox, la période de récolte ne permettant pas un ramassage des premières gelées comme cela peut se voir pour les cidres de glace Canadiens.
Couleur pourpre, léger filament huileux au verre, pas de col.
Arôme est délicat pomme en concentré faisant ressortir des effluves fruités – caramel, concentré en sucre avec une petite note un peu sauvageonne dû au style des pommes utilisées ?
Palais sur une note résiduelle douce sucrée de ce côté pomme caramélisée – assez plaisant, garde un fini finement grinçant aux dents. Le tout avec un caractère huileux de réduction de pommes – effet candi avec le rappel du volet organique frais fruité.

2022. Clear deep amber. Massive sweet apple, earthy, Christmas spices, caramel, figs, raisins, sweet pears, rum. Medium sweet, a bit lighter sour. Almost full bodied. Very complex and also subtle. Lovely!

Bottle @Højbjerg Tasting. Clear dark amber, small offwhite head. Lovely apple, fermented apple aroma, some apple pie and mushroom. Oily, warming. Flavour has apples, a little mushroom, apple pie and a light balancing acidic touch. Finishes with a little more earthy mushroom. Great.
