Bottle from Fonefan, thanks! Blonde, cloudy. Citrus and coreander in the aroma and flavor. Refreshing with some dusty notes. Slightly herbal. Hints of smoky bacon.

Teku pour on draft at Eataly Chicago. Very hazy and thick pale gold color. Wow, aroma has a surprising Brett element... I think. Yup, there it is, all funky and barnyard yet still a good deal of sweetness in the background. Just a little phenolic and solvent from the Brett. I figure in a bottle this will fade. Not really any rosebud, just all Brett. Flavor is cleaner than I would guess from the sweetness I picked up in the aroma. The sweet kicks in at the end a bit. Otherwise a funky, lightly herbal Brett all over. A drying awesome Brett finish. I really like this brew. Maybe at the very end of the finish is a touch of rosebud, maybe. I am wondering why I am having such a different reaction to this beer than the other rates. It looks like I have a different batch and this may be the first rate on draft.
