Named after the largest Rotterdam floating crane ship: the Bok Matador. This Kaapse variety on a Bokbier has a lot of body and a nutty character due to the use of Munich malt. The Caramalt provides a caramel taste and a slightly sweet aftertaste. Roasted and smoked malts give the beer the specific autumnal character.
