Herrliches Malzaroma mit einer intensiven Karamellnote feinsten Röstmalzes zeichnen unseren dunklen Weißbier-Klassiker aus. Die fruchtige Frische und spritzige Milde machen es zum echten Genuss.

Bottle 500ml.Unclear dark red brown - amber color with a large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, fully lasting, light beige head. Aroma is light moderate malty, roasted - burnt caramel, moderate yeasty, fruity. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, overriped dark fruit, rubber notes. Body is medium, texture is creamy, carbonation is soft. [20101016]

Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Hazy orangey brown with a dense and lacing off-white head. Banana and overripe fruit in the nose. Medium body, very sweet banana accents, burned caramel and licorice. Some late yeast. But nice alright. 161010

Bottle. Light bready nose. Red brown clouds, golden head. Fruity (apples, banana) wheat base, light spice, a hint roast. Sparkly mouthfeel. Orangepeel retronasal. Kind of flat finish.

Bottle (thanks to joss !): Hazy, deep chestnut-amber coloured, slowly collapsing off-white, fluffy head; caramelly, sweet-malty nose with a light fruity acidity; sweetish flavour with a light acidity, light to medium-bodied; smooth sweetish-malty-fruity finish. A quite pleasant Dunkelweizen...
