Bottle @ Brugmansia/Fonefan Tasting, April 2010. Pours clear yellow with a creamy white head and lacings. Nose is yeast, banana, wheat and citrus. Taste adds a bit of rubber. Medium bodied. Quite herbal.

Bottle 500ml.Alc. 4.5%. Light unclear medium yellow color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate yeasty, spicy, citrus - peel, light coriander. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and light light bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is watery - creamy, carbonation is soft. IMO. not a Bavarian hefeweize more like a belgium witbier. 500ml Bottle (Helsinki Beer Festival 2010) - Shared with Doggythedog. Hazy golden in colour. Banana, lemon and spice feature in the aroma. Tangy and slightly spicy taste with malt, banana and hints of lemon. Refreshing and easy to drink.

Bottle, 4.5%. Weak clove aroma. Almost clear golden colour. OK stable white head. The flavour is a little sweet, with a distinct bitterness, slightly rough. The carbonation level is a lot like a German wheat beer, but the bubbles feel bigger and rougher.

SaintMatty got this at HBF and shared with me so thanks to him! Poured a murky yellow-golden body with a white head. Gluey lactic, slightly grainy nose. Sweet taste without many esthers, lacitic and creamy. Ok but unimpressive.

50 cL bottle, batch #222. Pours slight cloudy yellow with a fizzy and shortlived white head. Citrusy and mild wheaty aroma with a whiff of coriander. Citric and smooth coriander spiced wheaty flavour. Light dryness. Some estery note but dominantly coriander spiced finish.

Bottle. Medium head with medium duration. Color is hazy golden. Aroma and taste are yeast, citrus, malt, banana, peach and orange.

Bottled. An unclear golden beer with no head. The aroma has notes of fruit and malt. The flavor is sweet malty combined with notes of peaches. The mouthfeel is very carbonated.

Hazy yellow with medium white head. Sweet fruity aroma with wheaty and yeasty notes. Sweet flavour with banana, yeast and wheaty notes. ENds sweet.
