Malzig-herber Antrunk. 7/9/8/7/8/7

bottle from Bierzwerg. The back label says it is a Schwarzbier, despite the beer being called Dunkel. Clear deep dark colour, nearly black, dense beige head. Aroma of coffee and roasetd malts. Medium-bodied, slightly malty with intensive flavours of roasetd malts, coffee and dark chocolate. Stout-like smooth and velvety mouthfeel. I think it has more characteristics of a Schwarzbier, rather than a Dunkel. Whatever it is, it’s definitely a nice beer.

Acidic aroma, not in the bad way. Clear brown colour. The flavour is also acidic, refreshingly so.
