Hot Roots Hot Soots was brewed with two new hops varieties we haven't used before. We are super stoked how this beer came out. Zappa (named after Frank Zappa) and HBC586, both hot and cold side with flavours of pineapple, lychee, melon, with touches of spice, mint and orange with its own “rebellious aroma” We love it! Stråfarget. Filmskum. Uklar. Grapefruktaroma. Smaken grapefrukt & ananas. Appelsinskall i en forsiktig bitter avslutning.

150ml draught at Cafe Sånn. Filmy layer, clingy lacing, hazy yellowish body. Promising hop fruity smell, grass and pineapple. Ripe fruity flavours, some impacts of orange and pineapple. A piney support to mid-dry fruity ending. Satisfying. (Tromsø, 24.03.2023).

Can at the Strait and Narrow. Hazy pale golden colour with a wgiote head. Aroma and taste are sweet fruity juicy to zingy grapefruit. Medium body.
