--Sample, thanks fonefan! -- Aroma of sour butter with some undefined fruit. Sweet and sour with light body and clean mouthfeel. Dirty sour fruit, dust and metal. Low bitterness. Void of anything remotely pleasant.

Bottled. An unclear golden beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of wheat and fruit. The flavor is sweet with notes of wheat, dragonfruit, and lemons, leading to a dry wheaty finish.

Herbal-citrussy-lemongrassy aroma, more in the direction of a wit, than a weissbier, quite fruity aroma that almost hides the malty notes and bitter notes from hops. You get the feeling that this fruity stuff is from adding fruit or fruit flavor to the beer. Doesn't really feel that well blended in - not that it has to be. flavor is citrussy, or citrus fruity, almost sourish, with a decent neutral to wheet beery (no banana) balance. The flavor is well balanced and well cirus fruity and sourish, quite refreshing, good flavor. bitterness is there, but not so strong and not in the way. I found the aroma off balance, but flavor is spot on.

ABV: 5.2%. Murky matt medium yellow colour with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, fruity yeast, weizen yeast, moderate to heavy dragonfruit. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration, moderate to heavy dragon fruit, fruity yeast, weizen yeast, wheat, lemon - zesty tart finish. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20221028]

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a cloudy, opaque, milky yellow with a small, white head. Pours citrusy, yeasty, dank. Medium body, slightly sweet fruitiness, yeast, citrusy hops and a mellow bitterness in the finish. More Session IPA than Weissbier for sure! Quite alright, and some of the best from Anarkist so far. 190822
