400ml, draught at Zum Franziskaner, shared with Finn. Near black in the glass, fading off-white head leaving rings of lace down the glassware. Promising caramel malty aromas, lightly roasted. Malt-forward taste with caramel, earthy chocolate, and ripe fruits. Lightly roasted malty ending, mid-sweet. Nice and food friendly (Stockholm, 02.11.2025

(Draught at Zum Franziskaner, Stockholm, 15 Feb 2025) Black colour with frothy, beige head. Malty, roasted nose with liquorice, dark chocolate and coffee. Malty, roasted taste with notes of sweetish black coffee, dark chocolate, liquorice, caramel and a mild roasty bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a certain sweetness. Tasty and well balanced porter. Nice one.

On tap @Zum Franziskaner (Stockholm). Bruna, intensa, schiuma écru media, mediamente persistente. Al naso note di caffè e caramella d'orzo, cacao. In bocca è abboccata all'attacco con chiusura amara medio-leggera e lieve residuo zuccherino, caramella d'orzo. Corpo medio-leggero, carbonazione media. Interessante.
