This signature DIPA of ours features Mosaic, Strata, and El Dorado in the dry hop and pours pale gold with heavy haze. The aroma features big melon vibes on the nose, honeydew, cantaloupe, strawberry, wild flowers, rose water, fresh cut grass, and a hint of orange. The flavor follows the aroma with melon, strawberry, and flowers.

Can from Lighthouse Wine & Spirits, Beverly. Deeply hazy, dark yellow, nice sparkle, decent head with good retention and soapy lacing. I hate to be a sucker for power of suggestion but the aroma is everything they advertise it will be with the addition of grapefruit. Taste follows aroma, minus the grapefruit. Smooth texture, soft carbonation, crisp finish as taste. Wonderful complexity!

8 oz draft. Aroma of candied citrus and soft herb. Myriad of flavors. Melon, berries, soft tropical fruits. Ends with a mild pine needle bitterness. Exceptionally well balanced.

Sample (thanks omhper!). Deep golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is pineapple, spruce, some citrus and mild crisp maltiness too. Flavour is fruity, floral, some earthy and mild herbal tones with some sweet maltiness. Mild dough as it warms up a bit.

Pours hazy pear with floaties into a willi. Bright white head with good retention recedes to coat surface. Pineapple, kumquat and guava aromas. Soft with sweet kumquat and pear upfront turning to honey and golden syrup in the sweet, lasting finish.

ABV: 8.5%. ✅ Clear medium to light amber orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, caramel - sweet malt, fruity malt, moderate hoppy, fruity hops, fruit peel, marmalade hops touch. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average duration, pale malt, sweet malt, fruit peel, fruity hops, marmalade hops touch. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20221230]

--Canned, from Beerselection, Budapest. -- Cloudy pale golden, small head. Aroma of pineapple and sugared orange. Very sweet with medium to full body and rounded mouthfeel. Sugar and dough, pineapple in syrup. Low bitterness.

474 ml. can. @home, 29/08/2022 [#5.321 Global - #808 United States of America - #2 Belleflower Brewing] Pours cloudy pale yellow with a minimal white head. Aroma: melon, lemon sherbet and fresh citrusy hops. Taste: tangerine, melon and juicy hops. Very juicy. Short aftertaste. Next one please!
