Bottle at Torben Mathews tasting. Pours hazy amber with large offwhite head. Aroma is malt, caramel, sultana raisins, gooseberry, green grapes and sherry. Taste is medium sweet, light bitter and faint acidic. Body is oily with soft carbonation. Finish is long and mostly sweet with intense oak, wine gum, PX sherry, mint, raisins, roasted nuts, fudge and hints of fennel, mild anise and grapefruit. Very delicious.

--Bottled. -- Hazy amber, mid sized head. Intense oaky nose with some dark orange. Mid sweet with medium to full body and soft, rounded mouthfeel. Lots of oak, pineapple lures underneath. Peppery warming finish.
