Draught@SBWF2022. 2021 vintage. Deep brown colour with a small off-white head. Aroma is dates, some caramel, raisins and dried fruity tones. Flavour is chocolate, caramel, some raisins, plum and mild wooden and tanninic tones to it. Alcohol does give a bit of a warming sensation, but fits in very well in this beer.

Fat på Brewskival 2023. Svart med khakifärgad krona. Kaffe, toffee, aningen bärigt, kola, en gnutta lakrits. Snyggt och väl avvägt.

Sample at SBWF 2022. Black with a small tan head. Sweetish with a full body. Warming alcohol. Dark malt, some coffee. Quite dry finish. A nice one.

(Draught, taster, Stockholm Beer & Whisky Festival, 4 Dec 2021) Dark brown colour, almost black, with frothy beige head. Malty, roasted nose with chocolate, coffee and dark bread. Malty, roasted taste with notes of coffee, dark chocolate, dark bread, roasted malt and a balanced roasty bitterness in the finish. Full body, with a certain sweetness. Rich and powerful, still in great balance. Very nice.
