(Keg at Punavuoren Ahven, 20250519) The beer poured amber and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had earth, toffee and biscuits. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were earth, toffee, biscuits, caramel and bitterness. Aftertaste had earth, caramel and bitterness. A nice and clean malty brew. Focused on the sweet side of the malt flavour spectrum.

0.473l can from Beer Republic. Aroma of caramel, herbs and dried fruit. Pours clear amber color with medium sized soapy off-white head, good lacing and average sparkling appearance. Taste starts refreshing fruity and medium sweet caramelly, following is herbal, floral and slightly medicinal, mouthfeel is smooth, while finish is pretty bitter. Medium body, creamy texture and soft carbonation in palate. Pure joy…
