Trestles IPA is light bodied, clean and pleasantly hoppy. Simcoe and Centennial hops contribute to its great citrus flavor and the creative use of four hops keeps this beer easy drinking and moderately bitter.

Bomber. Pours a cloudy copper gold with a small frothy off white head leaving sticky lacing along the glass. The aroma is floral hops, pine and grapefruit. Thin mouthfeel with a strong resin hop bite with citrus and a nice lingering light bitter finish. Easy to drink, a very good IPA from Left Coast.

Bottle that I picked up at Beers of Europe, consumed at my mums, Worcester, 16.09.11 Pours amber in colour with a very light haze & white head, haze maybe chill haze from being in fridge for too long perhaps. Marmalade and toffee are the predominant feature here in the mouth, with some citrus on the nose. There is a lingering bitterness and despite the sweetness there is some dryness on the end. Its ok but touch too sweet and lacking the zapiness and intensity that I was hoping for. A6 A3 T7 P3 Ov13 3.2

Bomber pours brilliantly clear gold with copper core and off white head. The aroma offers up juicy grapefruit and tangelo as well as lime peel, spicy hops and an herbal like sensation with hints of sugary sweet malts off in the background. The taste is quite bold with grapefruit, tangelo and tangerine like citrus notes that lean more toward bitter hops than flavor hops. Lots of yummy hops here with only echoes of sweet maltiness well of in the background.

Bomber from Malt & Vine. Pours very hazy orange amber with a creamy 2 finger off-white head. Aroma seems to be light stone fruits over mild caramel. Some florality. Med body. Flavor is roasted malt with a bunch of mixed hop. Enough hop for it to be harsh and burning. So it’s good. I think it’s resin with a lot of grapefruit rind - but it’s mixed, so I’m uncertain. Tho I’m certain it tastes really hoppy!

Bottle, 22oz. A clear, golden body is topped by a big, quite dense, off-white head. A bit weak on the nose, certainly hop dominated, with pine cones and resin. Some citrus peel. The flavor is quite bitter, lightly malty, with citrus peel and pine cones. Full-bodied and nicely carbonated. Lasting bitterness in the finish. A quite nice one, but a bit one dimensional. 110827
