“My first is beer with intense dress that reveals the strength of its cereals…
My second is the highlight of the show, a taste of smoked in the mouth whose balance is worthy of an Acrobate… My whole is a round and warm beer that offers a nice length in the mouth that our master brewer carries you high and strong! ”

Bottle 75 cl. Pours an almost clear golden with a dense and lacing, white head. Yeasty nose, Belgian yeast, slightly fruity with a vague whiff of smoke. Rich and sweet, fruity but also somewhat buttery with a touch of banana and some late hop bitterness. The smoke notes are rather dowbplayed - luckily. 040522

Dark amber with a lasting white head. Spicy aroma with a touch of caramel. Sweet, malty caramel flavour with cookie spices. A well brewed, but heavy, sweet and spicy tripel, quite the opposite of my preference.

0.75l Bottle from E.Leclerc Reims. Golden colour, creamy off-white head. Sweet smoky malty aroma with some strawberry. Full-bodied malty flavours with a yeasty fruity touch, hints of strawberry ice cream and a shy smoky-earthy finish. Smooth carbonation.
