That light at the end of the tunnel illuminates your journey. Ours started with the rawest form of an untraditional Best Bitter. Today we find ourselves setting off in a new direction that is even more welcoming, like a pub fire after a long walk.

Trockener, wenig würziger Beginn. Moderat hopfig, wässrig, etwas bitter, langweilig. 10/7/8/7//7

Tap. Expensive at $AUD16.50 for 310ml. Misted gold with a small white head. Aroma of citrus peel, pepper, light bread. Light bodied. Sweet with peach and mandarin peel. But the finish snaps enough and is nicely peppery.

Rocky white head on an unclear dull golden coloured body.
Medium bodied, smooth & cloying.
Malt, buttery, pine & citrus tastes with a pithy finish.
Deece.

Can from LCB, consumed 5 months before BBE. Fairly hazy dark gold with small white top, minor retention. Earthy, floral and bready aroma - has that typical rustic character you get from Moor. Taste is sweet with biscuit, pithy ripe citrus, flora and herbs. Light bodied, fine carbonation. A bit disappointing considering the rates on here - there is not much to it. Maybe its far superior on cask or I got a poor batch.

Hand pump at Ma Che Siete, 5/2/24. Lightly hazy, bright copper-maize. Well-retained, off-white head. Timid nose with light apples and grainy, biscuity, lightly doughy malts. Moderately bitter with dough, heavy apple, and other fruits. Inoffensive but fairly clean. Just rather thin with a chewing on paper - like texture.
