A golden yellow export beer with a beautiful, soft and full body. The fine blend of the aroma hop varieties Pearl and Tradition from our own cultivation make it a tangy and grassy taste experience. The malt-emphasized round body gives this beer harmony and makes it a delight for every beer lover.

(bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a big and blond foamy head. Biscuity malty aroma with mildly flowery and herbal hops. Sweet and delicately bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a calm carbonation. Slightly biscuity malt character with subtle fruity notes of pears, accompanied by delicately flowery and spicy hops; sweet malty and restrained bitter finish. Okay. 06.XI.14

Bottled (from bierzwerg.de). Goldeny yellow colour with a mediumsized white foamy head. Aroma is fruity, floral, mildly herbal and grassy. Flavour is grassy, earthy and bready with some nice floral hints to it.

Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass zippy, huge head. Starts mild, modest dry, mild spicy. A bit grasy-moldy. All in all mild and drinkable, but a bit too moldy.
