30/11/2024. Bottle shared at Ulfborg tasting. Pours clear pale gold with minimal head. Aroma is apple drop sweets. Medium sweetness with a drying finish. Okay.

Bottle @Ulfborg. Clear, very light golden, tiny white head. Apple aroma and flavour, creamy carb and slightly sourish apple finish.

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Small head. Color is close to water. Aroma and taste are dry green apples, fruits and little sugar. Light sour finish.

Sample thanks to danlo! Pours a very pale clear translucent gold colour. Tart, syrupy sweet profile, green apple, plastic with distant honey notes. Ok.

Panda at home many thanks to Ed Danlo. A very clear petrol coloured pour with a halo of white bubbles. Aroma is earthy, some honey notes, plastic, alcohol, grass, savoury. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, and tangy, slightly bitter bite in the finish, woody, cif lemon. Slightly chemical. Some headache inducing alcohols. Palate is slightly tart, bitter finish, fine carbonation.

330ml bottle from Lebanese Fine Foods. Clear very pale yellow gold colour, white foam head that dissipates to a thin rim and aroma of apple, straw, cardboard, sulphur. Taste is sweet & tart, apple, core, fruity, with a sulphury note and some drying acidity. Medium bodied, high carbonation, dry finish. OK.
