Bottle shared at Moor Beer Vaults - Bermondsey. Pours lightly unclear gold with a small, foamy white head. Lightly sweet with clean acidity, mild lemony notes. Light to medium bodied with fine carbonation. Subtle acidity in the finish, a little pale wood dryness, nips of grass. Highly drinkable. Solid.

Bottle. Rather clear golden color with white head. Aroma is a bit honey, white wine, smooth. Taste is smooth, grape juice. Oily mouthfeel, almost flat. Good!

Flaska från Antidoot. Flaskad 2020-06. Klar gulguldig med vit krona som lägger sig. Stor i doften. Vita druvor, vin, fat, blommigt, lätt smörig, mycket sötma och fyllighet från druvorna. Växer också i glaset, får fram mer sötma från gula russin och torkad aprikos, samtidigt som syran blir lite mer framträdande med laktotoner. Mjuk, fyllig och bra djup.

0,75l bottle at home shared with a friend. orange hazy color, small white head. smells funk, oak, blue cheese, white grapes, some hay, grassy, flowery. nice to very nice smell. full body, soft carbonation. tastes of hay, stone fruits, flowery, grassy, white wine notes, grapes, some funk. finishes dry and lightly sour with notes of white wine, hay and stone fruits. lovely balance, very smooth and easy to drink. smell was good but not super exciting, but taste is lovely. very good one. 7, 4, 8, 4, 17

Yesterday. Paired with seven kinds of tempura, grated daikon and lemon. Amazing beer! Subtle yet flavourful and a great mix of the wild beer and the wine. Incredible complexity and a perfect match with the food.
