Clear golden with a medium white head. Grassy hops in the aroma with malty and straw notes. Flavour was dry and clean with grassy hops and malty hints. Finished dry.

Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of KimJohansen. Pours a pale yellow with a slight haze and a white head. Clean sweet malts in the nose. Medium body, sweet malts with a dryish and discreetly bitter finish. 240610

Bottled. A light golden beer with a thin lazing white head, but a beutiful label with a wild boar. The aroma has notes of straw, malt, eggs, and minerals. The flavor is sweet with notes of eggs, straw, malt, and hay, leading to a dry egg-like finish. Thanks KimJohansen for sharing.

(swing top bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a fluffy white foam. Pale malty aroma with notes of sour dough, barnyard and herbal, slightly grassy hops. Moderately bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a crispy carbonation. Soft pale malty taste with pronounced herbal hoppy notes, lingering into the dry and moderately bitter finish. As good as simple. Bravo. 01.IV.10

Swing-top bottle. Creamy/sour barley malt and grassy hops aroma. Golden yellow color with large, long-lasting off-white head and moderate effervescence. Creamy barley malt and moderate green grass hops flavor. Nicely blended and good body. An excellent beer - very hoppy for a German beer.
