Tap at Hallertauer Bierfestival, Attenkirchen in the company of Jonas and Ursula it's very, very hot, Sunday 26th June 2022 sat in the shade. Pours clear gold with a white head, lovely clarity, nice bubbling, refreshing Helles, light fruity, nice softness. Some cereal and malty. Good beer.

Bottle. Golden, fine carbonation rocky lacing white head. Crisp hops on fat malt aroma. Medium to light body, sparkly mouthfeel. Citric hops on the tip of the tongue, honeyish malt in the background. South German pilsnerish, quite nice and refreshing.

500ml bottle. Clear golden colour with average to huge, frothy, fairly lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Grainy, slightly strawy aroma. Taste is minimally sweet pale malty, slightly grainy, some spicy husk, a very cautious refreshing citrus dash.

(bottle) Clear, golden colour with a big and blond foamy head. Grainy (cara-)malty and slightly milky aroma with a tinge of herbal hops. Moderately sweet and slightly bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a well-carbonated mouthfeel. Balanced malty, slightly biscuity taste with a delicate but still present herbal spicy hops character; quite lasting malty finish. Good. 20.V.13

Lahev: Golden with a greenish sheen, medium-sized beaten-egg-white-like head with a good lace, hayish-grainy nose with a tinge of aromatic hops and bisquits (presumably the "house-aroma"?!); moderate sweetish-bitter flavour, extremely smooth, almost medium bodied; quite well balanced bitter-bisquity finish. Pretty good Helles…
