Das Büchla hat eine klare goldene Farbe und eine ordentliche stabile weiße Schaumkrone. geruch sanft rauchig, malzig, hopfig. Geschmack sehr malzig, getreidig, leicht rauchig, hopfig.

«Ein helles Winterbier, gebraut mit über jungem Buchenholz geräuchertem Malz.»
Hellgelb im Gals, angenehme frisch-herbe Nte, kein Rauch imm Geruch wahrnehmbar. Der Antrunk ist vollmundig, schnell breiten sich milde Raucharomen im Mund aus. Hinzu kommt zum Hauptteil eine angenehme milde Würzigkeit, ganz leichte Herbe, aber hauptsächlich mild-würzig. Zum Nachgeschmack geht die leichte Rachnote etwas in der süßlichen Wurzigkeit unter, insgesamt sehr leich und frisch! Sehr süffig.

Bottle [thanks to bierkoning] @ home. Clear golden color, small to average sized white head. Smell and taste malts, lightly grainy, lightly dusty, sightly European hops, slightly bitter. Don’t get anything smoked though. Lightly oily, sort of creamy mouthfeel, decent body, soft yet suitable carbonation. Quite useful.

50 cl bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow with a small white head. Fruity, grainy and light spiced. Bitter, light sweet and mild fruity.

Hell hopfiger Antrunk, sehr leicht süß. Ab dem etwas herben Mittelteil hintergründig leicht rauchig, diese Note steigert sich in Verbindung mit süßlichem Malz. Dennoch bleibt die Rauchnote deutlich im Hintergrund, agiert hier aber angenehm und unterstützend. Weiter leicht süß, im Abgang kernig, etwas herb, hell-malzig. Gelungenes Bier! 12/12/12/12/13/12

Bottle @ Southern/Western Denmark Gathering , Ulfborg. Pours hazy orange with a creamy head. Nose is rubber, toffee and vague smoke. Dry and bitter flavor. Medium bodied.
