Draught at the brewpub. Good flowery hop aroma. Clear golden colour. Good stable white head. Good flowery aroma hop flavour, too. Nice malt body. Dry bitterness in the finish. Clean.

(swing top bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a medium-sized blond foamy head. Light-sweet malty with a very light fruity tinge (subtle citrus), but more hop-accented aroma with herbal, slightly grassy notes and a light tinge of metal. Bitter-sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a moderate carbonation for a Pilsener. Short initial malty taste, strong herbal and light grassy hoppy notes, getting stronger towards the finish, which is dry, moderately bitter, leaving some malt flavour again in the aftertaste. Unspectacular, not overly balanced but still a pretty drinkable Pils.

Tapped (at the Lindenbräu in Gräfenberg): Straw golden colour, medium sized white head; only weak hoppy nose; soft sweetish malty beginning, light bodied, slightly malty flavour, shy dry bitter finish; not unpleasant, but quite bland.......
