Klasický jihočeský ležák, které uspokojí i náročné konzumenty, a to nejen u nás, ale i v řadě dalších zemí, kam ho vyvážíme.

Tajemství výjimečné chuti spočívá hlavně v kvalitních surovinách. Žatecký poloraný červeňák mu dává příjemnou střední hořkost a český slad ji optimálně vyvažuje nasládlostí a kvasnicovým akcentem.

Vyznačuje se příjemnou zlatavou barvou, vyšší střední plností, středním řízem a bohatou pěnou.

Pours a clear golden color, topped with a fine white frothy head. Malty aroma, some grassy hop notes. Taste starts with mild sweetness, followed by grassy body, hoppy notes present. Moderate bitterness in the finish.. Slight herbal aftertaste. Easily drinkable, light and crisp.

Slightly musty, funky pils . Nice pour with tight creamy head on medium gold body. Aroma is cheese, musty backyard. Taste is very malty with a bit of a hops bite. Bottle may have gotten stale.

Bottle from Archer Road Beer Stop, Sheffield. Clear gold. Minimal, white head. Lightly spicy, sweet malt. Caramel biscuit. Light, grassy hop. Taste is grassy dry, with a light, biscuit sweetness. Plenty of crunchy bitterness. Surprisingly oily palate. Finish is dry, and oily bitter. Very nice.

Keg @ Free Trade Tavern, Newhey. Clear gold with a thick frothy head and a large carbonation. There’s malt in the nose and some grain in the taste but mostly ordinary.

Bottle shared in Gabrovo, Bulgaria - picked up at the local Billa. Pours clear gold with a fine, foamy white head that fades out quickly. The aroma has a bit of tangy cereal, wet hay, simple bread, touches of ripening citrus. Light sweet flavor with cheap cereal, some grainy bread, hay, vague citrus fruits. Light bodied with average carbonation. Basic finish, some sugary bread, cereal, lightly astringent grain husks, more wet hay, some dirty straw. Not a very strong showing from the CR.

500ml bottle at home. Clear golden yellow, quickly fading white head. Aromas are light bread malt and a sulphurous note, which comes through more on the taste. Ok, but a bit of an astringent aftertaste.

500ml bottle. Assumably way out of date and offfensively bad. Just all around twisted up, like you added artificial beer flavors and got it wrong.. Sugary, plastic factory tones. Farty, doughy aroma. Low enough in alcohol to not kill you at first sip, but this is truly painful to drink. Bad stuff, avoid unless you are in Trebon...and even the be weary!

They made a new label design. Great. The aroma is as it was back in ... However: grains, corn, grass. herbs. Nothing new still it strikes in. Satisfying medium body. Oh it’s quaffable. Softly sweet taste. Plenty of Saaz hops in the ending. The balance is excellent. Good brewer job indeed.

Muddy Dark Yellow, Medium Head, Some Lacing. Malt, Some Hops, unpleasant bitter finish. Must be out of date. Seeing who is distributor, it is not that surprising. Pass It...

Ein 12-grädiges tschechisches Helles nach böhmischer Brauart. Dabei ist es mäßig herb und wunderbar süffig. Ein Klassiker nicht nur für Freunde von tschechischen Bieren.
