Bottle 500ml.Clear medium orange color with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, hay, caramel, light hoppy, butter notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to light moderate bitter with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20100911]

Clear golden with a small white head. Malty aroma with caramel. Flavor was somewhat dry with floral and grassy hops and malty notes. Finished dry and bitter.

Bottled. A golden beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of malt and caramel as well as some diacethyl. The flavor is sweet with notes of straw, malt, and diacethyl, leading to a dry finish.

Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Pours a clear pale amber with a small rough white head. Fresh perfumy hops in the nose. Medium body, sweet malts with a little caramel and a lightly hoppy finish. Clean and well made. 110910

bottle from Bierzwerg. Deep golden colour with an amber shine, mid-sized head. Malty nose. Medium-bodied intenively malty beer with hints of caramel and roasetd malts, as well as very shy hints of nuts. A very nice beer.

Bottle (purchased at the pivovar): Deep golden to very light amber coloured, small, but persistent off-white head, sweet-malty (with a tinge of toasted malt) nose, backed by delicate traces of hops and barnyard; moderate to solid sweet-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied, soft MF; moderate sweet-malty finish with a good dash of hops comong late. Average by franconian standards, excellent by german..............

(bottle) Clear, golden colour with a short, slightly off-white foamy head. Sweet, cara-malty nose, slightly buttery with a tinge of honey and herbal hoppy accents in the background. Soft bitter flavour with a rounded malty sweetness, light to medium bodied, smooth carbonation. Cara-malty, lightly bready taste with herbal notes in the wings; moderately dry and sweet, malt-accented and slightly herbal hoppy finish. Okay, without ups and downs.
