Õlle on selline jook, et iga uus kord kui klaasi või pudeli suule tõstad, siis leiad midagi uut, sõltuvalt tuhandest-miljonist pisiasjast, mis hetke olukorda mõjutavad. Seega piirdun iga õlle juures selle tekstiga.

Sample@Ølfestival København 2018 - yellow pour with a white head. Aroma and taste is light citrus fruits, wheat and yeast, light floral and herbal, medium to light body, nuances of spices (coriander) throughout, hoppy fruity hop finish.

Barwa jasnozłota, lekko zamglone, piana wysoka ładnie zdobi szklankę. W aromacie wyczuwalne pomarańcze oraz kolendra. W smaku słodkie, ale nie przesłodzone, fajnie smak dopełnia goryczka na niskim poziomie. Ciekawy witbier.

On tap at Pub Kino, pours a cloudy blonde with a small white head. Aroma reveals coriander upfront, with light citrus peel and some orange. Flavour is along the same lines, with loads of coriander upfront, followed by orange peel. Lots of depth and dynamics here. Very good.

Kveldens første (etter aperitifen) på polsk ølsmagning på Ninkasira jan-18: let uklar korngul med ok skum. Banan, bitterappelsiner, ananas, koriander. Delikat og let drikkelig. God balance og mild bitterhed. Glasset blev fort tomt, men heldigvis var der mer tilbage i flaskene.

Many thanks to Erzengel for sharing! A murky light pale golden beer with a mid-sized most good lasting off-white head. Aroma of lime, wheat, floral notes. Taste of dry yellow fruits, wheat, hay, dough, lime, okay!

Many thanks to sklezpiwempl for this bottle. Smooth sweetish beginning. Hints of herbs and orange, mainly sweetish grainy body with not much dry yeast or depth. Sweetish ending.
