Huge, very dense snowwhite head over fully hazy greenish yellow beer. Quite spiced nose; lemon, lemongrass, coriander - but rather artificial/perfumey, IMO. Flowery, citrusblossom. Coriandersoup; some curaçao, I suppose, but once more, the infernal weed dominates to the detriment of everything. Finish has a touch of watermelon/pear. Spritzy, light body, wheatslickness. A witbier, oh yes.

0.5l bottle. Hazy yellow body, thin white head. The aroma is intensive and clean with notes of coriander, honey, orange zest and peach. Taste of coriander, bread, peach and medicinal hops. Very nice. Maybe the best wit I’ve tried so far.

Barwa słomkowa, zmętniona, świetna wysoka i drobna piana z fajnym koronkowaniem. Aromat kolendry, pomarańczy, nuty zbożowe, przyjemny, acz troszeczkę za słaby. W smaku dość delikatne, orzeźwiające, lekko kwaskowe, fajna pszeniczna aksamitność, połączona z rześką nutą owoców: pomarańczy, cytrusów, a także kolendry. Wysokie, bardzo dobre wysycenie, musujące, miłe dla podniebienia, goryczka niska, treściwość średnia, nie pogniewałbym się na nieco większą. Kolejne bardzo udane piwo z tej serii, może nieco za delikatne, ale to i tak jeden z najlepszych witbierów jakie można spotkać.

Bottle 50 cl thanks to deft! Sampled on May 6, 2015.BB 20.07.2015.Cloudy straw yellow color, medium sized white head. Some citrus scent at first, quickly goes more funky though, also nettles and spicy. Floral, perfume, scented soap taste. Light citrus, herbal, yeasty aftertaste. Medium to fizzy mouthfeel, low to very low bitterness. Dry mineral finish.

Butelka, termin ważności 13.07.2015/W21. Temp serwowania 8 stopni +, szkło teku. Aromat: kolendra którą czuć wzorowo, intensywnie ( dla kogoś kto zaczyna przygodę i nie wie jak pachnie kolendra w piwie niech kupi tego witbiera), na drugim planie cytrusy, pomarańcza. Barwa: jasny żółty (słomkowy) mętne, nieprzejrzyste, nic nie pływa. Piana: biała, drobno pęcherzykowa nawet powiedział bym że kremowa, sztywna, opadając pozostawia ładny leasing. Smak: jest kwasowość na dobrym poziomie nie tak jak w lambicu ale bardziej subtelnie , do tego ziołowość i cytrusy, piwo bardzo pijalne orzeźwiające, gładkie, alk niewyczuwalny. Goryczka delikatna ziołowa jakby pieprzowa razem z tą kwasowością przyjemnie ściągająca części języka które odpowiadają za te właśnie smaki czyli boki i tył. Piwo jak najbardziej zgodne ze stylem, można zaryzykować że najlepszy witbier polski,a napewno najlepszy z serii podróży kormorana. Pozytywnie zaskakuje, do powtórki ;)

Cloudy yellow color with a fine white head that leaves a fine lacing on the glass. Looks very inviting. Lemon, some coriander and wheat aroma. Medium body. Moderate sweet and a moderate bitterness. Average carbonation. Lemon, herbal, coriander, wheat and some yeast in the flavor. A bit to much lemon peel for my likings. Otherwise quite ok. The carbonation became a bit to early very soft.

Bottle. Golden-yellow colour with a white head. Aroma is citrus, spices, malt, coriander. Flavour is citrus, malt, coriander, wheat, spices, yeast. Medium body. Nice beer.

Bottle 500ml. [ As Kormoran Podroze Kormorana Witbier ].[ Trade by Bamsen78 ]. Hazy matt medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good to fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, spicy, perfume, herbs, spelled wheat, citrus, light coriander. Flavour is moderate sweet and moderate to heavy bitter with a long duration, sweet yeast - fruit, spicy, yeasty, orange peel, spelled wheat, peel bitter. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20140705]
