PINTA – Dobry Wieczór (Good Evening) - 13,1° - do you want a chocolate cake strewn with oat flakes? Very first in Poland - crafted Oatmeal Stout had its' debut in 2011 and it was named "Merry Christmas".
Ingredients: water, Weyermann® barley malts: pale ale, Caramunich® (II), Caraaroma® (II), Carafa® (I), oat flakes; hops: East Kent Golding (UK); yeast: Safale™ US-04.

Thanks to Mariusz for sharing. Smooth and malty in the beginning, fresh, smooth, easy to drink. Not too deep, but nice caramel-malt, slightly bitter, fresh. Not bad, especially for 4.5%

Bottle, 0.50l, courtesy of ElDesmadre. Murky black color with thick creamy brown head and sparkling appearance. Aroma of roasted malt, coffee, chocolate, caramel and cereals. Taste starts with moderate sweet chocolate and roasted malts, following is grainy with mild sour notes of liquorice and light bitter finish. Medium body, creamy texture and soft carbonation in palate. So sweet that it could be also called good night stout...

Bottle shared by the Van Moll Crew. Thanks! Opaque black color, small brownish head. Aroma is malts, iron, ashy, a hint of roast. Taste malts, lightly roast, iron, ash, decently bitter. Medium body, a bit texture, decent suitable carbonation. Not bad.

Draft. A black beer with a brown head. The aroma has notes of roasted malt, alcohol, and soy sauce. The flavor is sweet with notes of roasted malt, soy sauce, and alcohol, leading to a dry roasted finish.

Tap at Gastropub Tuulensuu. Dark brown color. Small beige head. Sweet lactose aroma. Light-bodied to medium-bodied. Sweet milky, lactose flavor. Weak licorice notes. Sweet stout it is, but not anything I would drink another time.

At a tasting, thanks David, smallish head, dark brown colour, aroma of hay and dark bread, flavour of milk chocolate, dark bread and some mushrooms. Nice and drinkable but just a bit bland.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Dancing Camel Florentin. Thanks David C. Black with a nice tan head. Roasty aroma with chocolate and some sweetish coffee. Bittersweet flavor, roasty. with some coffee, a bit of chocolate, a bit of oatmeal and mild roasty bitterness. Medium-bodied.

Draught@Nordic, Tampere. More or less black colour, small brown head. Aroma is fruits, some toasted malts, mild ripe fruits as well as some lactic notes. Flavour is chocolate, some oats, mild lactic notes as well as some ripe fruits and mild toasted notes. This was quite nice.

Bottle 500ml. @ home on the terrace.Clear dark black brown colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, fully lasting, light brown head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, chocolate, milk chocolate, dark chocolate, moderate roasted. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, chocolate, licorice, coffee, roasted, bread, ryebread. Body is medium to full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.
