Das Sonnenbräu Weizengold ist ein naturtrübes Weizenbier, sehr erfrischend, fruchtig, mit einem feinen Hefearoma und ganz nach bayrischer Art gebraut. Die Vergärung erfolgt durch eine obergärige Hefe. Sie gibt dem Bier die gewünschten Aromakomponenten ab und ist deshalb entscheidend für den Geschmack des Weizengoldes.

A basical weissbier, on the German way, not bad, for me it could be more fruity, this one is mineral and dry, smooth side due to the wheat, discreet note of banana, discreet touch of hop, ok for an aperitif party with a beautiful landscape of this area, 10.11.20, purchased at Muri (AG) in one rio getränkmarkt

ABV: 5.0%. Clear medium orange yellow colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, weizen yeast, banana notes. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, wheat, weizen yeast, thin, banana notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20191102]
