Tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours black, with
Aroma is nutty and chocolate. Body is silky, smooth, appearing almost light. A little oily. Taste is rather sweet, though well supported by the alcohol level. Final is not particularly intense, but fairly long, with licorice, alcohol, a little nutty and chocolate.

Straight from can during a hike on 'De Ginkelse Heidr'. Color: Pitch black, I presume(?). Brown head. Aroma: Roasted malt, dark chocolate. Taste: Dense roasted malt body, full body. Sweetish. Molasses. Milk chocolate and dark chpcolate. Mocha notes. Medium to over medium sweet, moderate hopbitterness. Alcohol is well hidden. On the sweet side, but enjoyable winter warmer overall.

Roast and caramel. Some smoke, fig--maybe from brown sugar. Some booze. Nice, but not quite as nice as the Don Dario I had the other night from Amager. Bitter and tang on finish, balance isn't quite there. Still nice though. Can.

Can. It's a black one, with a small, dense, beige head. The aroma has roasted malts, sweet licorice, some dark chocolate and coffee and a touch of alcohol. Oats and dark dried fruit. It's full-bodied and super-smooth on the palate, surprisingly little warming, and with a good sweetness. The flavor has a light spiced hint, but mostly it's roasted malts, licorice and dark chocolate. Dark dried fruit, some coffee and alcohol. Raisin, fig, oats, cocoa. Everlasting finish with licorice, dark dried fruit and coffee lasting longest. Super nice and dangerour this one, complex, tasteful and the way the alcohol is hidden is world class. 240905

44 cl can picked up at the brewery's webshop, poured into a Snifter. Near black with a thin, tanned head. Sweet aroma with caramel malts, coffee, chocolate, liquorice, and figs. Herbal hoppy. The taste is sweet. Full body. Slightly drying finish with lingering dark malts. Well executed Imp Stout.
